About the Company

Eat Happy is a young company founded in 2013 that has grown rapidly, opening numerous shops across many regions in Germany. Located within major supermarkets like REWE, EDEKA, HIT, Tegut, and Marktkauf, we focus on the essential freshness of our ingredients and dishes, preparing sushi and other Asian specialties fresh in front of customers.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central contact person for regional offices regarding all personnel-related issues
• Coordinate closely with local managers throughout the entire recruiting process, including candidate interviews and process preparation
• Perform general administrative tasks such as document management, appointment coordination, and data maintenance
• Actively participate in the continuous development and optimization of recruiting processes and tools
• Lead projects and flexibly take on ad-hoc tasks and project-related support as needed

Requirements

• Completed university degree or comparable training
• Knowledge of dealing with German authorities and administrative processes
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a high degree of teamwork
• Reliability and attention to detail, especially when dealing with people
• High level of personal responsibility
• Excellent German language skills (minimum C1 level) required; English is an advantage
• Proven ability to excel in fast-paced environments and handle pressure effectively
• Track record of fast learning and practical problem-solving
• Experience with international employees and intercultural competence is a plus
• Willingness and ability to work on-site in our Cologne office
