Recruiting Sourcer

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand requirements for GTM, Services, R&D, and G&A roles
• Build robust talent pipelines through market mapping and proactive talent pipelining
• Execute personalized, high-conversion outreach strategies to engage passive candidates
• Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate professional competency, experience, and cultural fit
• Maintain data integrity and compliance within Greenhouse, ensuring adherence to regional regulations like GDPR
• Collaborate with recruiters and scheduling teams to provide a premium candidate experience
• Provide market intelligence and actionable recommendations to the wider recruiting team

Requirements

• Proven track record of sourcing talent across the EMEA region
• Solid background in talent sourcing, with experience in either in-house or agency environments
• Proficiency with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Deep understanding of regional talent markets and relevant employment laws
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to use data and market intelligence to influence hiring decisions
