Applied Intuition services the automotive, defense, trucking, construction, mining and agriculture industries.

Responsibilities

  • Own and scale the early career talent program, including university relations, new grad hiring, and internship programs
  • Manage the full early career recruiting lifecycle from campus partnerships through onboarding
  • Build and manage the contingent worker program end to end, including vendor and staffing agency management
  • Ensure compliance with California contingent labor laws and worker classifications
  • Manage contingent talent through a Vendor Management System (VMS)
  • Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and Engineering teams
  • Analyze program data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Drive automation across requisition approvals, candidate communications, and vendor onboarding

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years of experience in recruiting operations, talent acquisition, or people program management
  • Proven track record of building and scaling early career talent programs
  • Proven success managing contingent worker programs and staffing agencies
  • Solid understanding of employment law and compliance regarding contingent workforce management, particularly in California
  • Strong program management and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with VMS platforms (Flextracks preferred)
  • Knowledge of Employers of Record (EORs)
  • Experience in high-growth technology companies, particularly in automotive or autonomous vehicle industries
  • Experience scaling talent operations from early-stage startups to larger structures
  • Experience with ATS platforms and change management
