Recruiting Programs Generalist

Responsibilities

• Drive existing recruiting programs for the local Polish market and the broader EMEA region
• Support early career hiring by sourcing, screening, and hiring technical and non-technical candidates
• Plan early career events including career fairs and office tours
• Coordinate recruiting enablement programs and hiring trainings in EMEA
• Support the Employment Brand program by creating compelling copy and photo/video content for LinkedIn and Glassdoor
• Manage project plans, track progress, and measure ROI for various talent initiatives

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working with HR projects and teams
• Experience working with students
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proven ability to build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
• Adaptability to new business problems and situations
• Willingness to learn technologies like Greenhouse, CoderPad, and Modernloop

Preferred Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. degree
• Fluency in English and Polish
• Frontline recruiting experience
• Strong writing, editing, video, and presentation skills
