About the Company
Duet is on a mission to transform primary care by empowering nurse practitioners (NPs) to own and operate their practices. By providing NPs with tailored products and services within a supportive setting, Duet is building the nation’s largest network of NP-owned practices, driving better outcomes for patients and communities.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across all functions including clinical, operations, business development, and technology
- Partner with hiring managers to define roles, build pipelines, and close candidates
- Manage the ATS and maintain clean hiring data
- Manage PEO and onboarding processes for new hires
- Own day-to-day HR processes including PTO, leaves, employee relations, and compliance
- Support managers on performance conversations and documentation
- Oversee NYC office operations, including vendors, supplies, and facilities
- Manage logistics for company offsites, team dinners, and internal events
- Design and execute cultural programming to build team connection
Requirements
- 5+ years in recruiting, people operations, or a generalist HR role
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment
- Proven track record in sourcing, closing offers, onboarding, and employee relations
- Strong execution skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Clear and direct communication skills
