About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing Recruiting Operations team
- Own and improve operational systems and workflows for scalability and efficiency
- Design and optimize automations across recruiting workflows and data quality checks
- Identify and convert manual work into streamlined, scalable processes
- Partner with Recruiting, People Systems, and cross-functional stakeholders on tooling improvements
- Use data to monitor process health and identify bottlenecks
- Raise standards for data accuracy, systems hygiene, and documentation
- Contribute to an AI-enabled roadmap for recruiting operations
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in recruiting operations, talent operations, or people systems
- Prior people management experience
- Experience leading teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Strong operational design and process optimization skills
- Demonstrated experience driving workflow automations or systems improvements
- Proficiency working across ATS and integration tooling (Ashby, Workday, or Guide preferred)
- Experience using metrics and service levels to manage performance
- Strong cross-functional partnership skills with Analytics, Finance, Legal, and IT
