Recruiting Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Maintain ATS data integrity within Greenhouse, ensuring accuracy and implementing best practices.
• Design, document, and optimize recruiting workflows to improve efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
• Partner with hiring managers and finance teams on headcount planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Generate recruiting reports and build dashboards to provide real-time visibility into metrics like time-to-fill and pipeline status.
• Manage end-to-end interview scheduling and logistics to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Oversee vendor relationships, including recruitment agencies, background check providers, and job boards.
• Evaluate and implement new recruiting technologies and tools to streamline processes.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies regarding recruiting operations.
• Develop process documentation and provide training to recruiters and hiring managers.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Recruiting Operations experience.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with a preference for Greenhouse or Workday.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Proven project management and vendor management experience.
• Excellent training and documentation skills.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant industry experience.
