About the Company

Profound is the marketing platform for the AI era. Backed by Lightspeed, Sequoia, Kleiner Perkins, and Khosla Ventures at a $1B valuation, we are a lean, fast-moving team defining a new category in marketing. We are scaling from 90 to 500 people and are looking for builders to help us manage this massive operational challenge.

Responsibilities

• Own the ATS end to end, including pipeline configuration, stage definitions, scorecards, and integrations
• Audit the full hiring process to identify and fix bottlenecks in candidate movement
• Manage or lead a team of Recruiting Coordinators, owning their priorities and performance
• Build and maintain recruiting metrics dashboards tracking time to hire, conversion rates, and source quality
• Design hiring manager enablement tools including intake templates, interview guides, and scorecards
• Set and enforce SLAs across the recruiting process regarding response times and feedback timelines
• Build documentation and playbooks for the recruiting function to scale
• Manage the recruiting tech stack including scheduling tools and sourcing platforms
• Partner with Finance and People Ops on headcount planning and requisition tracking

Requirements

• Systems thinker with a knack for mapping and fixing broken processes
• Analytical and data-driven with ability to build dashboards and actionable recommendations
• Proficiency in configuring and optimizing modern ATS platforms
• Strong communicator capable of running enablement sessions and earning stakeholder trust
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple workflows and recruiters
• Comfortable building from zero in an environment without existing playbooks
• High agency operator who executes independently
