Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews across screens, take-homes, virtual loops, and onsites
• Manage complex scheduling across candidates, interviewers, and stakeholders
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in Ashby
• Ensure consistent tagging, stage movement, and data integrity
• Serve as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
• Help plan and execute recruiting events such as Superdays and candidate dinners
• Coordinate logistics including scheduling, communications, travel, and onsite execution
• Support recruiting operations projects and process improvements

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in recruiting coordination or recruiting operations
• Experience with Ashby or similar ATS
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication
• High ownership and reliability
