Recruiting Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy for recruiting systems including the ATS (Ashby) and scheduling tooling (ModernLoop)
• Manage the recruiting coordination team's performance, including scheduling and candidate communications
• Build and document repeatable operational strategies for a fast-paced, scaling organization
• Maintain data hygiene across recruiting systems to ensure accurate reporting and pipeline records
• Develop processes with an eye toward future SOX compliance and auditability
• Partner with People Operations on offer letter management and background checks
• Lead and develop a team of recruiting coordinators and operations specialists

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations
• Hands-on experience in recruiting coordination and recruiting systems
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Experience operating in fast-paced, scaling organizations
• Proven ability to build and document repeatable processes
• Experience with recruiting programs
• Experience partnering with People Operations on offer management and background checks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Ashby and ModernLoop
• Proficiency with Workday and Google Workspace
• Experience in publicly traded companies or building for SOX compliance
