Recruiting Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy for recruiting systems, including the ATS (Ashby) and scheduling/coordination tooling (ModernLoop)
• Manage the recruiting coordination team to ensure high-quality candidate and interviewer experiences
• Build and document repeatable operational strategies that support a fast-paced, scaling organization
• Maintain data hygiene across recruiting systems to ensure accurate reporting and pipeline records
• Develop processes with an eye toward future SOX compliance and auditability
• Partner closely with People Operations on offer letter management and background check workflows
• Lead and develop a team of recruiting coordinators and operations specialists

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations, including hands-on experience with coordination and systems
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Proven experience scaling organizations and building operational strategies for high hiring volumes
• Expertise in process documentation and maintaining data hygiene

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience with Ashby and ModernLoop
• Proficiency with Workday and Google Workspace
• Experience working in publicly traded companies or building processes for SOX compliance
