Recruiting Operations Lead

About the Company

Forus is building an AI-powered network that connects doctors, pharmacies, payers, and biopharma to accelerate new science to patients. Our platform automates the complexity between a doctor prescribing a medicine and a patient starting treatment, including insurance coverage, financial assistance, and supply chain navigation.

Responsibilities

• Own Ashby architecture end to end, including jobs, interview plans, workflows, and automations
• Produce reporting and dashboards for hiring progress, capacity, and funnel conversion
• Audit hiring processes to identify and fix bottlenecks
• Translate headcount plans into recruiter capacity plans and hiring forecasts
• Develop processes, templates, and playbooks for consistent search execution
• Manage the recruiting technology stack, including scheduling, sourcing, and AI products
• Build and improve company-wide referral programs
• Synthesize trends and risks into recommendations for leadership

Requirements

• 3–8 years in recruiting operations, people operations, revenue operations, or business operations
• Strong experience configuring and improving a modern ATS
• Direct Ashby experience is strongly preferred
• Deep comfort with data using Excel, Sheets, or SQL/BigQuery
• Ability to drive adoption and accountability across recruiters and senior leaders
• Track record of delivering goals in fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience standing up RecOps systems and processes from scratch at an early-stage or hyper-scaling company
