Recruiting Operations Internship

Responsibilities

• Support University Recruiting by building and maintaining contact decks for target schools and programs
• Manage career fair preparation, including organizing swag, materials, and logistics
• Assist with on-campus recruiting events and travel to career fairs as needed
• Coordinate interview logistics, including scheduling and taking structured notes
• Support recruiting operations through team meeting coordination and internal communication
• Track and report on key recruiting metrics and pipeline performance

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program
• Experience with event coordination, administrative support, or operational tasks
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• U.S. Person status (required for ITAR compliance)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship experience in operations, recruiting, or coordination
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, data tracking, or reporting metrics
• Interest in space, pharmaceuticals, or high-growth startup environments
