Recruiting Operations

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the recruiting infrastructure to support rapid company growth
• Operationalize key programs to drive performance metrics, including capacity planning and scheduling efficiency
• Develop headcount tracking infrastructure to align recruiting progress with financial planning
• Improve documentation, information hygiene, and SOPs across the recruiting function
• Lead talent engagement initiatives, including events, social content, and community programs
• Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership by providing data-driven operational insights

Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting operations or adjacent experience in a scaling environment
• Proven ability to build systems and infrastructure that hold up during rapid growth
• Strong systems thinking skills with the ability to move between high-level strategy and hands-on execution
• Exceptional attention to detail and a disciplined approach to data hygiene
• Ability to operate with high autonomy and influence stakeholders in an ambiguous environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with modern recruiting platforms such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever
• Experience working in high-growth, fast-moving startup environments
