About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and scale the recruiting infrastructure to support rapid company growth
- Operationalize key programs to drive performance metrics, including capacity planning and scheduling efficiency
- Develop headcount tracking infrastructure to align recruiting progress with financial planning
- Improve documentation, information hygiene, and SOPs across the recruiting function
- Lead talent engagement initiatives, including events, social content, and community programs
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership by providing data-driven operational insights
Requirements
- 4+ years of recruiting operations or adjacent experience in a scaling environment
- Proven ability to build systems and infrastructure that hold up during rapid growth
- Strong systems thinking skills with the ability to move between high-level strategy and hands-on execution
- Exceptional attention to detail and a disciplined approach to data hygiene
- Ability to operate with high autonomy and influence stakeholders in an ambiguous environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with modern recruiting platforms such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever
- Experience working in high-growth, fast-moving startup environments
