Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, automating how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies. We hire people with high agency and high urgency who want to build systems that shape how companies manage billions.
Responsibilities
- Own GTM job postings end-to-end across Ashby and the Ramp careers site
- Manage requisition IDs and recruiting admin layers to maintain system hygiene
- Partner with recruiting coordinators on interview scheduling for Sales, Marketing, CX, and Partnerships
- Identify manual work and implement AI or lightweight automation to streamline processes
Requirements
- 2–3 years in a recruiting coordinator, talent ops, or similar admin-heavy role
- Obsessive attention to detail regarding data and scheduling
- High agency and ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior exposure to Ashby, Greenhouse, or other modern ATS
- Experience building scrappy automations using tools like Zapier, Notion, or Sheets
- Experience recruiting into GTM organizations
