Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy and execution for Non-Technical Recruiting across SG&A or Operations
  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team of recruiters
  • Partner with executives and functional leaders on workforce planning and organizational design
  • Personally engage on the company's highest-impact and most complex leadership searches
  • Establish rigorous recruiting operating mechanisms, metrics, and inspection processes
  • Raise hiring standards through structured interviewing and calibrated assessments
  • Drive recruiter performance through coaching and data-driven accountability
  • Build strong partnerships with Compensation, Finance, HR, and Legal to remove bottlenecks

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience leading recruiting teams within a high-growth technology company
  • 7+ years of experience hiring across broad business functions (SG&A, Operations, Manufacturing, etc.)
  • Track record of building and scaling recruiting teams during hypergrowth
  • Experience partnering directly with executive leadership on strategic hiring
  • Strong operational mindset with experience using recruiting metrics
  • Experience developing recruiters into high-performing talent advisors
  • Proficiency with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, GEM, Goodtime, and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to balance speed with exceptional hiring quality
  • Experience in highly ambiguous, fast-paced environments
