Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment process from end-to-end, including job postings, active sourcing, interviewing, and administrative closing
• Recruit diverse positions in the distribution center, ranging from team leaders and logistics/pharmacy specialists to administrative and operational roles
• Support recruitment for office positions across international branches, specifically in Germany and the Netherlands
• Collaborate on creating and implementing candidate attraction strategies and building long-term talent pipelines
• Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers to fill their teams
• Work with and evaluate data to drive more efficient recruitment processes

Requirements

• At least 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Experience recruiting both office-based and blue-collar positions
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and build relationships with managers
• Ability to take responsibility for positions and find new ways to reach top talent
• Fluency in Czech and professional proficiency in English
• Interest in a combination of people-oriented work and administration
