Recruiting Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job advertisements, sourcing, and interviewing
• Recruit for Distribution Center roles such as Supply Chain Managers and Warehouse Team Leads
• Support recruitment for office-based positions in international locations like Germany and the Netherlands
• Organize and lead applicant days to connect with potential talent
• Develop and implement talent attraction strategies to build a strong candidate pipeline
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure recruitment needs are met efficiently

Requirements

• Vocational training or degree in Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field
• 2–3 years of recruitment experience, including blue-collar and office-based hiring
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in Czech and good command of English for business
• Analytical mindset with ability to use data to evaluate recruitment effectiveness
