Recruiting Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting and active sourcing to interviewing and administrative closing
• Recruit for diverse roles within the distribution center, including logistics, pharmacy, quality, and operational positions
• Support the recruitment of office-based roles across international branches, specifically in Germany and the Netherlands
• Partner closely with hiring managers as a trusted advisor to help build their teams
• Develop and implement candidate attraction strategies and build long-term talent pipelines
• Utilize data and analytics to evaluate and improve recruitment efficiency

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Proven experience recruiting both blue-collar (operational) and white-collar (office) roles
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and build relationships with managers
• Fluency in Czech and proficiency in English
• Ability to take ownership of positions and proactively seek new ways to attract top talent
