Recruiting Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job advertisements, sourcing, interviewing, and administrative tasks
• Focus on recruiting for Distribution Center roles (Supply Chain, Warehouse Leads, operational staff) and office-based functions
• Support recruitment for international office positions, specifically in Germany and the Netherlands
• Organize and lead applicant days to connect with potential talent in interactive settings
• Develop and implement talent attraction strategies to build a strong candidate pipeline
• Partner closely with hiring managers to ensure recruitment needs are met efficiently

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field
• 2–3 years of recruitment experience, including both blue-collar and office-based hiring
• Fluency in Czech and a good command of English for business communication
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to present confidently to groups and manage stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to evaluate recruitment effectiveness
