Recruiting Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting and active sourcing to interviewing and administrative closing
• Recruit a diverse range of roles within the distribution center, including logistics, pharmacy, and quality specialists, as well as operational roles
• Support the recruitment of office positions across international branches, specifically in Germany and the Netherlands
• Partner closely with hiring managers as a trusted advisor to help fill their teams effectively
• Develop and implement candidate attraction strategies and build long-term talent pipelines
• Utilize data and analytics to evaluate and improve recruitment efficiency

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Proven experience recruiting both blue-collar (operational) and white-collar (office) positions
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and build strong relationships with managers
• Fluency in Czech and professional proficiency in English
• A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of roles and explore new sourcing methods
