Recruiting Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, active sourcing, interviewing, and administrative closing.
• Recruit a diverse range of positions for the distribution center, including team leaders, logistics specialists, and operational roles.
• Support the recruitment of office-based positions across international branches, specifically in Germany and the Netherlands.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to act as a trusted advisor in filling their teams.
• Develop and implement candidate attraction strategies and build long-term talent pipelines.
• Utilize data and recruitment metrics to drive more efficient hiring processes.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven experience recruiting both blue-collar (operational) and white-collar (office) roles.
• Fluency in Czech and proficiency in English.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and build relationships with managers.
• Ability to take ownership of positions and proactively find new ways to attract top talent.
