Recruiting Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process, from creating job advertisements and active sourcing to conducting interviews and administrative closing.
• Recruit diverse positions within the distribution center, including team leaders and specialists in logistics, pharmacy, or quality, as well as operational roles.
• Support the recruitment of office positions across international branches, specifically in Germany and the Netherlands.
• Collaborate on the creation and implementation of candidate attraction strategies and long-term talent pipelines.
• Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers to help fill their teams effectively.
• Utilize and evaluate recruitment data to drive more efficient hiring processes.

Requirements

• At least 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven experience recruiting both office-based and blue-collar/operational roles.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and build relationships with managers.
• Fluency in Czech and proficiency in English.
• Ability to take ownership of positions and proactively seek new ways to attract top talent.
