Recruiting Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Acquisition in Lithuania by developing and executing recruitment strategies
• Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders on hiring strategy and workforce planning
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle and lead executive-level hiring priorities
• Mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing recruiting team
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for experienced hires and university recruiting
• Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the local market
• Track and report recruiting metrics to evaluate team and process effectiveness
• Manage recruitment budgets and relationships with external agencies

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a recruiting leadership role
• Minimum 5+ years of recruiting experience in Financial Services or a similar high-volume environment
• Bachelor’s degree
• Fluency in both Lithuanian and English
• Proven track record of building and promoting a strong employer brand
• Experience working within an international company environment
• Knowledge of Lithuanian employment law and EU employment regulations
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher
• Proficiency with Workday Recruiting
• Experience in a professional services or consulting environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead global or multi-region recruiting teams
