Recruiting Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Partners to attract and recruit quality candidates.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract experienced and entry-level sales professionals.
• Collaborate with field sales leadership to build robust recruitment pipelines and align efforts with market expansion plans.
• Monitor recruiting metrics, including interviews, submittals, and contract targets, to ensure quarterly and annual goals are met.
• Conduct 1:1 meetings, staff meetings, and provide coaching on recruiting best practices.
• Analyze recruiting trends and prepare performance reports for senior leadership.
• Lead the summer intern program to ensure a productive experience for all participants.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• 2+ years of leadership or team lead experience.
• Proven success in high-volume recruiting environments.
• Proficiency with recruiting tools, including CRM, Boolean search, and social media.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of insurance sales recruiting and producer licensing.
• Experience recruiting sales professionals in a fast-paced, field-driven environment.
• Excellent public speaking and relationship-building skills.
