Recruiting Manager

Responsibilities

• Align recruiting strategy with business objectives, contract requirements, and growth priorities
• Partner with senior leaders to forecast workforce needs and develop proactive talent pipelines for cleared and technical roles
• Lead and execute full-cycle recruiting for cleared positions across Intelligence, IT, Data Science, and related disciplines
• Drive improvements in recruiting processes, tools, and workflows to enhance speed and candidate experience
• Track and analyze key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and pipeline health
• Represent the company at recruiting events and strengthen employer branding within technical communities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience
• Proven experience in cleared technical recruiting
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a Government Contracting (GovCon) environment
