Recruiting Lead

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for priority roles across engineering and technical functions
• Build recruiting foundations including interview processes, evaluation frameworks, and sourcing strategies
• Drive top-of-funnel quality through outbound sourcing in highly competitive markets
• Partner with founders and hiring managers on role scope and talent calibration
• Build and refine AI-native recruiting workflows across sourcing, screening, and ops

Requirements

• Significant full-cycle recruiting experience or success building a 0→1 recruiting function at a startup
• Hands-on, practical use of AI tools in recruiting workflows with measurable efficiency gains
• Experience supporting technical or product-related hiring strongly preferred
• Ability to work in-person five days a week in San Francisco
