Responsibilities

• Build and maintain talent pools to support active searches across the business
• Own the intern recruiting process end-to-end including sourcing, screening, and managing candidate experience
• Serve as a talent scout for your university to build a network of ambitious students
• Represent Leland on campus and build relationships for the early-career pipeline
• Learn and work in recruiting and HR systems including Ashby, Gusto, and Slack
• Use AI tools like Claude and n8n to automate repeatable tasks and improve workflows
• Support office management, event planning, and employee engagement initiatives
• Assist with People Operations projects as needs arise

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a business degree or related field with expected graduation in 2027 or 2028
• Experience in recruiting, sales, or customer-facing roles preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Natural communicator with skills in sales, persuasion, and executive presence
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities
• Capable of utilizing AI to automate repeatable work
• Available to work in-person in Lehi, UT for 40 hours/week during summer and 20+ hours/week during fall/spring semesters
