Recruiting Intern

Responsibilities

• Manage job postings and recruitment platforms/ATS operations
• Maintain applicant data and recruiting documents
• Prepare recruiting reports and organize hiring data
• Communicate with candidates and coordinate interview schedules
• Support candidate sourcing and pipeline management
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers on hiring projects
• Assist with recruiting process improvements and employer branding activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree expected or completed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with solid documentation and task management abilities
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks effectively
• Quick to adapt with a proactive learning attitude
• Business English communication proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in HR, recruiting, or people operations
• Interest in startups or fast-growing organizations
• Experience using Google Workspace
