Recruiting Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) by updating job postings, programming interview plans, and tracking candidate progress
• Support recruiters with drafting job descriptions and preparing interview plans
• Coordinate candidate communications regarding interview scheduling, travel, and feedback
• Assist with initial candidate phone screenings
• Support the onboarding process by communicating updates to leadership and addressing new hire needs
• Track recruitment metrics and candidate pipeline health to monitor process performance

Requirements

• 1+ year of client or candidate-facing experience in an office or administrative setting
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of organizational and multitasking ability
• Data literacy or a strong willingness to learn data-driven processes
