Recruiting Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Conduct candidate pre-screen conversations regarding logistics and NDA requirements
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Manage interview logistics, confirmations, and calendar coordination
• Support recruiters with candidate tracking, pipeline management, and process administration
• Assist with preparing and coordinating offer letters for hourly and salaried hires
• Partner with HR teams to support a smooth onboarding experience
• Support onsite recruiting events, hiring fairs, and community outreach initiatives
• Assist recruiters with sourcing activities and talent market research

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, talent acquisition, or related administrative roles
• Strong organizational skills in fast-paced environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Strong customer service mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting both hourly and salaried recruiting efforts
• Experience managing complex scheduling logistics
• Experience supporting high-volume hiring initiatives or hiring fairs
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Experience in manufacturing, energy, automotive, or industrial sectors
