Recruiting Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end interview coordination and candidate logistics
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates to ensure a seamless experience
• Identify recruiting bottlenecks and implement process automations and workflows
• Maintain data integrity within the Ashby ATS and generate recruiting metrics
• Partner with engineering and ops to create integrations between recruiting tools
• Train hiring teams on ATS usage and recruiting best practices

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in recruiting coordination or talent operations
• Experience in startup or high-growth technology environments
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements and automations
• Advanced proficiency with Ashby ATS
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work onsite in New York City or Boston

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience scaling recruiting operations from 0 to 1
• Technical aptitude and project management experience
• A love of music
