Recruiting Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end interview coordination and scheduling across multiple departments
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates to ensure a professional experience
• Coordinate candidate travel, logistics, and onsite hosting
• Maintain data integrity within the Ashby ATS and generate recruiting metrics
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement process improvements and automations
• Build recruiting templates, email sequences, and automated workflows
• Partner with engineering and ops to create integrations between recruiting tools
• Train hiring teams on ATS usage and recruiting best practices

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in recruiting coordination or talent operations
• Experience working in a startup or high-growth technology environment
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements and automations
• Advanced proficiency with Ashby ATS or similar platforms
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills and a detail-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently and thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience scaling recruiting operations from 0 to 1
• Technical aptitude and comfort learning new software tools
• Project management experience
• A passion for music
