Recruiting Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple roles, formats, and time zones
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to troubleshoot conflicts and align on timelines
• Maintain the accuracy and cleanliness of candidate records and pipeline data within Ashby
• Support recruiters and HR partners with operational tasks to ensure efficient hiring
• Identify and propose improvements to existing recruiting processes and workflows

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or a similar operations-focused role
• Hands-on experience using the Ashby ATS
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
• Professional communication skills for interacting with candidates and teammates
• High attention to detail and precision regarding data and scheduling
• Ability to work independently and stay composed in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience coordinating interviews for technical or high-volume roles
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Rippling or Workday
• Experience with background check platforms like Checkr or Sterling
• Exposure to employer branding or recruiting event coordination
