About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support full lifecycle recruiting for cafe team members at campus locations
  • Coordinate candidate communications, interview scheduling, and follow-up
  • Maintain job postings and process applications in the Applicant Tracking System
  • Identify and evaluate on-campus recruitment opportunities and school events
  • Assist with planning and executing career fairs and information sessions
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and generate recruiting metrics reports
  • Support Campus Recruiters with screening, scheduling, and onboarding logistics

Requirements

  • 0-1 years of experience in administrative, customer service, or campus ambassador roles
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to stand, walk, and smile for extended periods
  • Ability to lift or carry up to 35 lbs
  • Ability to ascend or descend ladders, stairs, and ramps
