About the role
Responsibilities
- Support full lifecycle recruiting for cafe team members at campus locations
- Coordinate candidate communications, interview scheduling, and follow-up
- Maintain job postings and process applications in the Applicant Tracking System
- Identify and evaluate on-campus recruitment opportunities and school events
- Assist with planning and executing career fairs and information sessions
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication
- Maintain accurate candidate data and generate recruiting metrics reports
- Support Campus Recruiters with screening, scheduling, and onboarding logistics
Requirements
- 0-1 years of experience in administrative, customer service, or campus ambassador roles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to stand, walk, and smile for extended periods
- Ability to lift or carry up to 35 lbs
- Ability to ascend or descend ladders, stairs, and ramps
