Recruiting Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the "Life at Relay" presence on LinkedIn and other external sites
• Support Recruiting Ops projects including ATS workflows and candidate surveys
• Execute and maintain a Notion Recruiting Hub for internal resources
• Manage onsite interview scheduling and logistics at the Raleigh HQ
• Partner with recruiting teams to build talent pipelines via creative sourcing
• Coordinate and attend local recruiting events and career fairs
• Assist with Day 1 orientation and preboarding administrative tasks

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a fast-paced corporate environment (Admin, Ops, Customer Success, or Sales)
• Ability to be onsite in Raleigh, NC 5 days per week
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong scheduling and calendar management abilities
• Tech-savvy with experience in Notion, Google Workspace, and AI tools (Claude, Gemini)
• Proven track record of mastering new platforms like Asana, Trello, or Canva
• Customer-first attitude toward candidates and hiring managers

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Canva for social media graphics
• Prior experience using Notion for project organization or wikis
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or Boolean search strings
