Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across teams and time zones
- Serve as the face of Profound for candidates, guiding them through the process
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to manage pipelines and track progress
- Collaborate on recruiting programs and process improvements to help the team scale
- Build out the recruiting function, including tools, workflows, and rituals
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in recruiting coordination, financial coordination, or high-volume operational fields
- Passion for creating great candidate experiences
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Exceptional communication skills
- Experience in recruiting coordination, scheduling, or people operations
