Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across teams and time zones
• Serve as the face of Profound for candidates, guiding them through the process
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to manage pipelines and track progress
• Collaborate on recruiting programs and process improvements to help the team scale
• Build out the recruiting function, including tools, workflows, and rituals

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in recruiting coordination, financial coordination, or high-volume operational fields
• Passion for creating great candidate experiences
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Exceptional communication skills
• Experience in recruiting coordination, scheduling, or people operations
