Recruiting Coordinator

Physical Intelligence is bringing general-purpose AI into the physical world. We are a group of engineers, scientists, roboticists, and company builders developing foundation models and learning algorithms to power the robots of today and the physically-actuated devices of the future.

Responsibilities

• Own all interview scheduling across open roles, including multi-panel onsites and founder rounds
• Manage Ashby as the system of record, maintaining pipeline hygiene and reporting dashboards
• Own end-to-end candidate experience as the primary point of contact
• Build and improve recruiting workflows, templates, and documentation
• Support hiring manager enablement through interview prep and feedback consolidation
• Partner on recruiting events, employer brand logistics, and job posting maintenance

Requirements

• 1–4 years in recruiting coordination, executive assistance, or high-volume scheduling
• Experience in a fast-moving startup or high-growth company preferred
• Meticulous attention to detail and operational obsession
• Fluency in ATS workflows (Ashby preferred) and calendar tools
• Excellent judgment and ability to triage competing priorities under pressure
• Strong written communication skills and high EQ
• Ability to build processes and workflows from scratch

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience coordinating technical hiring for engineering, ML, or research roles
• Specific experience with Ashby reporting and automated scheduling
• Exposure to offer operations, background checks, or onboarding
• Interest in growing into a recruiting or people ops career
