Recruiting Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end candidate experience to ensure seamless and high-touch interactions
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across complex calendars and multiple time zones
• Partner with recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers to anticipate needs and communicate proactively
• Operate independently to identify gaps and create structure in ambiguous situations
• Drive projects to improve and scale recruiting processes
• Manage logistics, administrative tasks, and ad-hoc recruiting support with accuracy

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator
• Experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
• Ability to operate independently and make decisions with incomplete information
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with various ATS platforms, preferably Ashby
