Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end candidate experience to ensure seamless and high-touch interactions
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across complex calendars and multiple time zones
- Partner with recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers to anticipate needs and communicate proactively
- Operate independently to identify gaps and create structure in ambiguous situations
- Drive projects to improve and scale recruiting processes
- Manage logistics, administrative tasks, and ad-hoc recruiting support with accuracy
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator
- Experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
- Ability to operate independently and make decisions with incomplete information
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with various ATS platforms, preferably Ashby
