About the role
Responsibilities
- Own scheduling and candidate communications across all open roles to ensure strict adherence to SLAs
- Build and maintain Ashby automations, interview kits, scorecards, and workflows to reduce manual work
- Pull reports and track funnel metrics such as pass-through rates and time-to-hire to drive optimizations
- Partner with hiring managers to improve interview processes, including debriefs and scorecard design
- Identify and implement recruiting operations improvements to increase team velocity and candidate experience
- Support broader people operations tasks as needed within a lean team environment
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruiting coordination experience, ideally within a high-growth startup
- Hands-on experience with Ashby, including building automations and interpreting funnel reports
- Proven recruiting operations experience improving interview processes or workflows
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A strong bias toward action and a commitment to providing an outstanding candidate experience
