We are building a non-invasive, ultrasound-based device that can stimulate and image the brain at high resolution and depth through a vertically integrated effort of hardware, software, and research.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all candidate interview logistics including scheduling, travel, meals, materials, and onsite hosting
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
- Provide interview preparation support and company information to candidates
- Communicate progress updates to hiring teams
- Support referral coordination and internal communications across the hiring process
- Maintain accurate candidate records and interview feedback in the ATS system
- Assist with onboarding logistics such as paperwork, system access, and first-day coordination
Requirements
- At least 2 years of industry experience in recruiting/HR coordination or project/calendar management
- Proficiency with ATS systems, scheduling platforms, and Google Workspace
- Exceptional organization with meticulous attention to detail
- Clear, concise communication skills and excellent customer service instincts
- Self-directed and proactive approach with a high ownership mentality
- Team-oriented mindset and adaptability to changing priorities
- High integrity and strong professional judgement
