Recruiting Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, including scheduling phone screens, virtual interviews, and onsite interviews
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
• Coordinate complex interview logistics across multiple stakeholders, calendars, and time zones
• Collaborate with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and Interviewers to ensure alignment on interview plans
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Track and manage all candidate interview activity and ensure timely updates
• Support preparation of recruiting documentation, interview materials, and internal hiring reports
• Assist with recruiting operations projects, ATS data cleanup, and process improvements

Requirements

• 2–4 years of recruiting coordination or talent acquisition support experience
• Experience coordinating interviews for both technical and non-technical roles
• Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS strongly preferred
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting high-volume recruiting teams
• Experience with recruiting metrics or reporting
• Prior experience in a fast-paced startup or rapidly scaling organization
• Familiarity with candidate experience best practices
