Recruiting Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Own interview coordination for the Direct-to-Consumer division, including Zoom, onsite, and multi-panel interviews
• Manage onsite interview logistics in LA, NYC, and Tempe, including room reservations, candidate instructions, and security details
• Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to schedule interviews quickly and accurately
• Develop, organize, and host monthly onsite sourcing events in Tempe to build local talent pipelines
• Manage event logistics, including room setup, attendee tracking, communications, and post-event follow-up
• Support offer-to-start coordination and new hire handoffs in partnership with recruiters and HR
• Maintain recruiting administration and process tracking within Workday

Requirements

• Ability to work onsite 5 days a week in Tempe, AZ
• 2 years of experience in a coordinator, sales, recruiting, or event coordination role
• Strong calendar management experience
• Experience supporting virtual interviews through Zoom, Teams, or similar video platforms
• Experience coordinating events, orientations, or high-touch customer-facing programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Workday or other applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Experience supporting technology, product, engineering, or media teams
• Background in planning recruiting events, hiring days, or networking programs
