Recruiting Coordinator

About the Company

Forus is building an AI-powered network that connects doctors, pharmacies, payers, and biopharma to accelerate new science to patients. Our platform automates the complexity between a doctor prescribing a medicine and a patient starting treatment, including insurance coverage, financial assistance, and supply chain navigation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a high-touch point of contact for candidates, ensuring clear, warm, and timely communication
• Own candidate scheduling end to end
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to maintain recruiting pipelines and candidate tracking in Ashby
• Prepare candidates and interviewers for success with clear and comprehensive plans
• Coordinate offer logistics, onboarding, and the new-hire experience
• Drive continuous-improvement projects across recruiting operations, reporting, and candidate experience

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, people operations, or a high-tempo operational role
• Impeccable organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication
• Comfort navigating ambiguity with a strong bias toward action
• Track record of moving quickly and delivering on goals
