About the Company
fab2 (formerly Atomic Semi) designs all the hardware and software needed to make chips, including the fabs, tools, and components. Founded by Sam Zeloof and Jim Keller, the company aims to build the tools that build the chips.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule onsite interviews across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Arrange candidate travel and manage interview logistics
- Host candidates onsite and ensure interview days run smoothly
- Represent the company mission and hiring needs to candidates
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams
- Support Talent Operations with special projects and process improvements
Requirements
- 1+ years of professional experience in recruiting, HR, marketing, sales, or technology
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a recruiting coordinator
- Experience with Ashby or other applicant tracking systems
- Proficiency with MS Outlook and Microsoft Office tools
- Basic knowledge of personnel policy and employment law
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities
