Recruiting Coordinator/Defensive Assistant Coach – Football

Responsibilities

• Assist with all aspects of an NCAA Division I football program, including scouting and recruiting
• Coordinate team travel and manage departmental budgets
• Plan and conduct training sessions and camp implementation
• Execute game-day responsibilities and community outreach
• Collaborate with other members of the athletic department and perform duties as assigned by the head football coach

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• High level college coaching experience
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations and a proven record of compliance
• Strong attention to detail and positive interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• An established and applicable recruiting network
• Experience with clinic and camp implementation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, QuickTime, and iMovie
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to create and provide analysis using video or data
