Recruiting Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews across technical, manufacturing, operational, and business teams
• Manage complex scheduling logistics for candidates, interviewers, and hiring teams
• Serve as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
• Maintain ATS hygiene and ensure accurate candidate tracking and documentation
• Support recruiting operations including offer process logistics and workflow management
• Assist with onboarding coordination and new hire logistics

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or People coordination experience
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and scheduling demands simultaneously
• Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting systems
• Must meet ITAR export control requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Startup, aerospace, manufacturing, hardware, or deep-tech experience
