About the role
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end interview scheduling across phone, video, and onsite formats with high accuracy.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate logistics and manage last-minute schedule changes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing a white-glove experience through confirmations and prep materials.
- Maintain ATS hygiene within Ashby, ensuring all candidate records and pipeline data are accurate.
- Proactively identify and implement improvements to recruiting workflows, templates, and coordination infrastructure.
Requirements
- Exceptionally organized with a strong attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset.
- Strong communicator capable of building relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solver who can identify friction points before they become bottlenecks.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Early-career professional with a high desire to learn and grow within a scaling organization.
