Recruiting Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end interview scheduling for high-volume Engineering and Product roles
• Partner with recruiters across different time zones to coordinate candidates and hiring managers
• Manage and maintain ATS (Ashby or Greenhouse) including requisition setup and pipeline hygiene
• Coordinate logistics for on-site and virtual interview loops, including travel and room bookings
• Track recruiting pipelines and proactively flag bottlenecks or scheduling conflicts
• Draft candidate communications, prep materials, and interviewer briefings
• Contribute to process improvements such as templates, SLAs, and scheduling playbooks
• Support the Talent team with offer letter coordination and background check tracking

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a Recruiting Coordinator or Talent Operations role
• Experience managing high-volume complex interview schedules for technical roles
• Prior experience at a large technology company or high-growth startup
• Hands-on experience with Ashby or Greenhouse ATS
• Ability to support multiple recruiters across different time zones
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational instincts and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with scheduling automation and workflow tools
• Exposure to both technical and business-facing hiring at scale
• Experience building or improving recruiting coordination playbooks from scratch
