Recruiting Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting activities for technical and non-technical positions
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones and regions
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines and stages within the Rippling ATS
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruiting platforms
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to validate experience and fit
• Manage communication and follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Assist with job requisition creation, publishing, and employer branding initiatives
• Partner with HR leadership to improve recruiting workflows and process efficiency

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR coordination
• Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Rippling
• Proven experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish
• Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
